We are committed to efficiently fulfilling orders to ensure that attachments are readily available when needed. When you choose OZ Excavator Buckets, you can expect prompt service and timely delivery.

  • Manufacturing
    Standard items Our extensive stock levels of popular products allow us to complete orders swiftly. This ensures that standard items are ready for delivery in a short turnaround time.
  • Custom builds
    Please be aware that custom built attachments, due to their size and complexity, require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Attachments with unique width requests require 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Delivery
All orders can be collected from our Brisbane manufacturing facility, or we can arrange free delivery to your Australia-based premises. We collaborate with reputable commercial freight companies to ensure reliable and secure delivery. Our delivery service covers most locations across Australia.

Order fulfillment timeframe
We strive to ship online orders within 5 working days from the order placement date. The majority of orders are delivered within three working days from the completion date, depending on your proximity to our Queensland manufacturing facility. Order turnaround will vary when placed via our quick quote system or directly with the OZ Excavator Buckets sales team.

Collection requirements
For customers collecting their orders from OZ Excavator Buckets, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle capable of accommodating the load. We prioritise safety and will not load undersized vehicles.

Delivery options
We offer free delivery nationwide for all orders. Orders weighing under 30kg can be delivered to residential addresses, provided they are located within or near a major capital city. Heavier orders must be shipped to commercial addresses or will be directed to the nearest depot.

Offloading equipment responsibility
Upon the delivery of orders to residential or commercial addresses, it is incumbent upon the customer to ensure they have the appropriate offloading equipment available. If an order is shipped to your premises and the appropriate offloading equipment is not available, the customer will be charged a redirect fee.

Delivery radius and depots
When making online purchases, you will receive notifications at checkout regarding delivery eligibility within our delivery radius. If your location falls outside this radius, you will be presented with nearby depots for selection.

Order notifications
We keep you informed at each stage of your order's progress:

  • Confirmation email upon order placement.
  • Notification once your order has been shipped.

If your order is sent to the nearest depot, they will contact you when it's ready for collection.

Shipping duration
The duration of shipping time post-shipment depends on your location in relation to our Queensland-based manufacturing facility. Please note that shipping times are subject to the commercial freight company's operations.
