Our team is passionate about supplying top-notch attachments for excavators and skid steers to our valued clients.
OPERATIONS
Pete is the Director and Chairman of OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since acquiring the business in 2006. He is a qualified civil engineer. With his engineering background, he transitioned the family business into a national supplier and now serves in an advisory capacity for senior management. In his free time, Pete enjoys riding his road and mountain bikes, training in the gym, working in the garden, and travelling.
Jacques is a qualified mechanical engineer, alongside being Managing Director of OZ Buckets, having grown with the business from the workshop floor through to engineering and management. He specialises in data analytics and major systems implementation, recently leading the rollout of the company's ERP system to revolutionise operational scaling. Outside of work, Jacques is dedicated to his family and stays active through gym training and mountain bike riding.
Blair is the General Manager of OZ Buckets, having risen through the ranks since joining the team as a welder in 2014. With a background as a qualified boilermaker and experience in both factory management and sales, he now leads the company’s strategic direction and operations. Outside of work, Blair is a family man who enjoys playing hockey, riding dirt bikes, and taking his family out on the Jet Ski.
Sean is the Operations Manager at OZ Buckets, having been promoted to the role in 2024. He specialises in managing international supply and inventory, as well as overseeing the engineering section to ensure smooth operations from sales through to production. Outside of work, Sean enjoys following AFL, NRL, and golf, and is currently training for the Gold Coast Marathon.
Nicola joined OZ Buckets in 2016 and now serves as the Finance Controller, overseeing financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. With a bachelor’s degree in business and a background in retail travel management and administration, she specialises in building financial systems and controls to support the company’s strategic growth. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys staying active and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking for her husband and three boys.
SALES
Rob is a Senior Account Manager at OZ Buckets, managing the WA, SA, TAS, and VIC territories. With over 15 years in the industry, he specialises in relationship management and business forecasting, having previously co-owned a successful national attachment business. Rob values the company's strong family values and the open-ended collaboration used to improve products and support customers.
Tristan joined OZ Excavator Buckets in 2026, bringing over two decades of experience in account management and operational leadership. With a diverse professional background, including 15 years as a General Manager across various industries, he focuses on building long-term client partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities within the construction and earthmoving sectors. Tristan is dedicated to providing tailored product solutions that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he is a devoted new father and a passionate advocate for Rugby.
Sam joined OZ Buckets in 2025 as a Junior Sales Representative after gaining hands-on experience as a labourer across various trades. He specialises in helping retail and dealer customers find attachment solutions, and reached high targets in just his first 12 months. Outside of work, Sam is passionate about personal development and going to the gym most days.
PRODUCTION AND SAFETY
Tony is the Logistics Manager at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2013. With over 36 years in the building industry, he specialises in organising transport, purchasing materials, and liaising with the factory and customers to meet deadlines. In his free time, Tony enjoys following rugby league, playing golf, and watching motor racing.
Joshua works across technology and systems development at OZ Buckets, focusing on operational improvements. With a background in physics, mathematics, and mechanical engineering, he specialises in customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 and building automation tools to increase factory efficiency. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys exploring technical subjects like AI and electronics, as well as cooking and going to the gym.
Steven is the Production Manager at OZ Buckets, having joined the team in 2021 after a lengthy career as a boilermaker and team leader. He specialises in overseeing workshop workflows and driving operational accountability to improve efficiency without compromising on workmanship. Outside of work, Steven enjoys boxing, following the V8 Supercars and AFL, and spending time with his son.
Paul is the Quality Manager at OZ Buckets, specialising in ISO 9001 implementation and the inspection of attachments. Having started his career as an apprentice in 1990, he has extensive experience in testing, inspection, and lean manufacturing processes across a range of large-scale infrastructure projects. Outside of work, Paul enjoys fishing with his son, supporting his daughter's MMA training, and spending time on his rebuilt 1978 Quintrex boat.
Taylor joined OZ Buckets in 2022 to oversee Workplace Health and Safety. With a background as a WHS and Quality Officer since 2016, she is passionate about developing safety systems and fostering a proactive safety culture. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children.
Dawid joined OZ Buckets in 2023 and completed his mechanical engineering degree at UQ in 2024. He specialises in technical engineering and problem-solving, focusing on managing workloads and improving system performance to advance Australian manufacturing. Outside of work, Dawid is a dedicated outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, diving, and sailing.
Ben joined the engineering team at OZ Excavator Buckets in September 2025 after completing his Certificate III in metal engineering with the company in 2024. Specialising in metal fabrication, he is responsible for creating and maintaining technical drawings for excavating attachments. In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing board games and spending time with his partner and dog.
