Our 12-month manufacturer's warranty, subject to conditions, gives you peace of mind knowing your attachments are protected. In the event of unusual damage, simply call us with the serial number, provide photos, and our warranty team will be in touch within 24 hours. Repairs will be carried out by our closest workshop partner and to our high quality standards, ensuring you're back to work quickly.

Signs of unusual damage on the attachment
Call the OZ Excavator Buckets office and provide the serial number located on the attachment.
Provide photos of the damaged attachment and the environment in which it occurred.
The OZ Excavator Buckets team will raise a warranty form and attach photos.
The warranty team will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss the fault.
Depending on the damage and location, OZ Excavator Buckets will send the attachment to the closest workshop partner.
All work will be carried out according to the OZ Excavator Buckets quality process.
